Note that the 1M and E9X M3 are the only models without grilles at the side air intakes.

test mule's front end looks strange imo but probably due to the wrap over black fins? M6 is simple, minimal and nice.

Yeh I'm not sure what it will look like without the camo. Insure hope it looks great.

Picture this front in a production car and then you can complete the jigsaw.

Or lack of hood line hopefully...It's becoming less of a eye sore for me but I don't find the F8X horizontal front hood line very attractive.

One major (for me at least) difference between the M-sport and ///M front bumpers is the design of the large central air intake/grille.

On the M-sport the opening is wider on top and tapers in towards the bottom. It's allmost like a smiling mouth (look at the red M235i in the OP).

On the ///M bumpers this is reversed and the center piece is wider on the bottom than it is on the top. This gives it a more aggressive look!

I also added the E9X M3 and BMW Vision Gran Turismo front end designs in the first post for your convenience.

The hood line really doesn't bother me anymore,it looks way better than the 3 series design. It would be great though if they changed it for the M2 to look like the Gran Turismo 6 design, but BMW will most likely not do it.

Yup, and this small difference makes M bumpers look so much better

Dude, if they're not putting LED turn signals on the 4-series, then they're certainly not putting them on a 2-series.

This will be the car to have. So excited for more information on it.

Would anyone be up for an updated render considering we know what the front and rear bumper looks like with Camo? We can see it's very close to the Vision GT6 but it would be nice to visualize it without the Camo.

Interesting set of comparison photos, but in the end they all speak the same design language.

I'm also waiting for the photoshoppers to render out the camo and give us an updated best guess.

here's a rough look at the gran turismo picture without the chin spoiler to get a better idea of the M2 front.
