I'd repost this in the tracking and suspension forums, to get more input from those who have tried different setups. Many speak highly of the control arm swap (from M3/4 I believe) for improving front camber and grip, may be a cheaper first step along with the new rubber, then see if you want to go further. And unless Cleveland has gotten a lot nicer in terms of road conditions, you may want to avoid a/t more than an 18 inch wheel (17s would be more durable, but moving away from that tight turn in and responsiveness). I've run the stock 18" RFT Conti Summers w/o any flats so far, but will switch to non-RFT's for next season (and our roads aren't as bad as CLE used to be).

I don't have experience with modifying struts/springs, as I'm very satisfied with the MAdaptive suspension in the Track Handling Package. But, regardless of what you do with those components, consider contacting Turner Motorsports for the M2 lower control arm swap. They add one degree of negative camber and improve both the steering response and contact patch dynamic for improved handling and feel of being "planted" in turns.
