Help Needed. No Crank, No Start After Accident ('18 M240i)

Hey all, recently got my hands dirty in a revival project and everything has gone pretty smoothly up until this point, and then I started dealing with the electronics

I went ahead and took care of the things I could, those being, replacing the positive BST, checking if the clutch safety switch (no issues there), and changing out the ACSM.
Prior to changing out the ACSM, the dash displayed a ABS light, and that has since disappeared.

The dash turns on as normal with the first press but as soon as you attempt to press the clutch in and start the car, the entire display on the dash shuts off and you're back to step one. Really unsure where to go as it's my first time rebuilding a car, let alone messing with the electronics of one.

Here are the codes I managed to pull if anyone would be kind enough to help me draw a conclusion.
Note: I haven't gotten the chance to recode the ICM to my vehicle, and I believe the steering errors are a result of that as they weren't popping up previously.
Also, I have the IBS cable disconnected from the negative terminal of the battery, the battery was also replaced, and needs to be coded.

If I had to take a wild guess I'd say diagnose the DME functionality first. Issues there will affect many other systems. It also controls the electrical system.

Just my $0.02, and probably worth less than that.
