I actually had the opposite problem with my 240 in November - I wanted the orbit grey and got ferric on my factory ordered car (same color and options as yours, plus HK stereo).

My dealer didn't have replacements and didn't want to release the car or hold up delivery to wait on the wheels I wanted (I was already at the dealership to take delivery at this point and it was near closing). I voiced my displeasure and my SA admitted it was his error after looking at the build I had initially spent him and comparing with the order form. He spoke to the manager and came back and gave me an additional $1,000 off and a $250 gift certificate for parts and service, apologizing profusely. That grand off put me at $44k total, not counting the gift card.

So, I'd definitely haggle with them over it. I've gotten used to the ferric and the $1k was worth more to me than the wheel color at the end of the day. I'll probably replace the shoes at some point anyway.

sorry but that is just a complete miss match of colours - its hurting my eyes!! blue, red, silver mirror caps and dark grey wheels and the chrome trim
