I've searched for most of these questions, and cannot find clear information for all or most. Any help will definitely be appreciated by me, and I'm sure whoever stumbles upon this as well.

I have got m235i
i had increased the bust level by using map 7.
i am loving the performance of the car now.
but the avg_ign Increased from 3.9 ( in maps 1 and 2 ) to 6.4 - 8.6 you can see it below
what does it meens ?
is it safe to drive ?

Wow, that's terrible. That number should be 1.5 or less. You are running the risk of serious damage by using any of the maps that have you over that.

Are you running pump gas? those AVG numbers are expected with pump gas but do yourself a favor and switch to map 5 asap.

OP, please get off of Map 7, you could be on your way to making permanent damage and your ign avg is showing that something is off. You cannot nonchalantly just put your car into Map7 without seeing how your car reacts in more conservative maps. Map 7 is the most aggressive map there is on the JB4 and will require very high octane fuel (96AKI or higher).

I've seen the things you've posted on N54tech, and honestly I think the language barrier will be a big issue. I would stick with a plug and play solution since it doesn't look like you have a dp.

Way too aggressive! Always have someone review your logs if your unsure of any of the value meanings before changing maps or upping boost. What someone mentioned above Map 7 must be run on a higher octane gas.

ign_avg of max 5 on pump gas is considered healthy.

Please use map 1 until you get a downpipe.

You can try map 2 or 5 if you have downpipe and run premium gas.

I agree with everyone on this issue, you are running a way to aggressive map for your mods and risking to damage your engine.
Please go back to map 1 or map 5.
