Thanks man.
I have a few more months.

I am really looking forward to your results! your car looks killer too!

I had been considering trading the car for the M2 so will want to wait on that

before deciding on the stage I(There may be no going back at that point unless I pony up the core charge).

The core charge would be worth it IMO. The good thing is that if you decide to bump up to STG 2, they'll credit your STG 1 towards it. Great guys to work with, Charles the ops manager and Jesse the owner really know there stuff. Great guys.

About to drop $$$$ on Vargas stage 1, unless there is a good reason out there why I shouldn't...

Yes, as you've posted on another thread asking if JB4 V3.2 FW is ok w/o EWG harness, suggest you consider getting JB4 stage 2 harnesses 1st and get the car setup properly and safely.

I'd be surprised if, with fettled JB4 map 6 c/w stock turbo, you'd be wanting more grunt to warrant a Pure or VTT stg1 upgrade straight away !

We ran multiple times. He should post all of them up, then decide.

You still have power left too. You're on a conservative tune. He came straight off the dyno with a maxed out tune I believe.

It was tit for tat between me and Steve on our runs. I'd venture to guess we ran at least 6 times. He came from seeing Terry the day before he said.

I have been slowly adding parts to the vehicle in steps, each about a month or so of hard autobahn driving to ensure if I desire to continue on. So, far I have added Jb4 stage 2, ER DP, ER FMIC,ER Charge pipe, BMS Oil cooler, Lightweight Titanexhaustsystems made here in Germany,H&R, Endless Pads and have a GFB DV on standby. Not to mention the EWG harness I ordered today. A 500 plus monster is not what I am after, I just want a little more on the top end over stock, period. Thanks for the feedback.

Where do you see the limit with the block internals on the M235i? I'm a bit hesitant to do this because of the lack of forged parts (i've heard the crank is).

I have ran pure stage1 for 20k miles for 1 year. Now i am running for 9k miles pure stage2 for last 6 months.

Car did 540 on the dyno. So far engine is holding up. Lets hope it stays like that for a long time.

Between the STG 1 and 2 I'm around 9-10k miles in and everything is holding up good so far. I have to admit I was getting ready to abandon my JB4 but after updating to the OBD connection, new firmware and adding a few other bits...the car is running SMOOTH and POWERFUL. I finally made an appointment to get some #'s. Ill post them up asap.

Got a quick session in this morning. The car is running e50 , 100% Meth , Map 3 peaked to 24psi. 515whp / 482 wtq. A lot more power waiting to be tapped. Next go round will be with an ECU flash that will run along side the JB4 and a PI setup. This will be happening the first week of Sept.

What's a typical 0-60 for you. Can you record a video of your acceleration on the speedometer?

Looking forward to your findings with their PI kit. I had a long chat with Ricardo last Tuesday. He is a nice guy and knows his things. I had given it some thought to get his pi kit as well but for the sake of simplicity and no e85 stations over here i went with fuel-it tbi kit on mine. I mix the E myself from E100 jerrycans. I run E35 max.

If you meet up with Ricardo give him my regards. I hope all goes well for you!
