Lol, 7 stories my ass. A 4500 lb car doesn't fall 84 feet and only compress a foot and a half. Probably drove off the second story.

Assuming about 4 metres per floor, from the 7th floor the impact speed would be below 80km/h / 50mph depending on any impact with other parts of the structure which would absorb some energy on the way down, so with the frontal impact that the car was lucky to have had, a totally survivable crash in a modern car with occupants wearing a belt.

I heard she is suing the garage owner. She says the barrier should have been strong enough to withstand her hitting the gas instead of the brake.
