Car is definitely running strong even in 2972+DA!!
Always traps fastest off the highway(112.5-corrects to 114-116) then trap starts to go down hill.
chassis was in comfort.Foot braking to 2000 rpm as lights start to drop(told if done earlier would "blow off boost" by my "mustang trainer" lol-seemed to work for 1.91 60 ft.)
I will need to try Terrys suggestion to launch in 2nd and use kick down blocker-would have to shift manually but may work since peak power is at 5500-6000 and auto shifts higher than that.Overall I am pleased as achieved goal of running low 12's with just JB4- no other mods other than MPE exhaust. In cooler weather and with better 60 ft it could run high 11's.Will definitely run that with down pipe but not sure I want the car loud and smelly-I have a mustang for that! lol

Best run of the night was 12.40(corrects to 11.9-12.2)- with chassis setting in sport.I was able to back it up once but car has started slowing by then.

That's pretty awesome. BTW, turbo cars won't run as much different at altitude as normally aspirated cars, so the adjustment will be minimal.

According to the DA calculator the correction from 12.4 was 12.2 for "highly modified supercharged and turbocharged" cars and 11.9 for "stock and naturally
aspirated cars".
If that is accurate I would say .2 seconds is a little more than minimal.
I use the corrections more so to compare my times on the same car in different conditions.
On my supercharged 5.0 I see swings of up to 0.5 in the ET depending on conditions although I am sure some of that is due to my shifting, launch and track condition but there is also variation in trap speed of up to 5 mph.

Depends on your definition of minimal.

What I meant was it would likely be on the minimal side of your range (ie. probably the 12.2) which you also just said, so we're on the same page.

Damn that's quick! So this is just JB4 and nothing else? Is it the Stage1 or the more advanced version?

I have not been able to replicate the time/ET but ran consistent 12.7's @109-110 on race gas./similar DA.Launch control now blows of tires so having to foot brake to 2000 rpm but still spins so may need to be lower.Runs were on map 7 which made 350.I tried the Map 6 which had the tune that made 372 but ran slower !
Got back to Fathouse today(5.0 was also dynoed with new set up and made 740 /740 but having fuel issues and should make over 800/800 when sorted out )
Ran it with E30 mix on Map 2 and made 358.... Terry looked at logs, made adjustments and it made....403/450 on Map 7!!
Said logs look good so can leave it on Map 7.
Now running E30 on Map 7 now! Feels much better.
Car mostly trapped 109.5-110 on race gas and 12.7's.Ran 12.45 once(can't find slip) on race gas when car dead hooked with a 1.8 60 ft but was never able to back it up.
per dyno picked up about 30 rwhp over race gas with E30 and reflects in trap speed gain of about 2-3 mph and ET of 0.2-0.3.

You run better on just E30 than pure 100 octane?? Interesting.

Not doubting you...just [pleasantly] surprised. A much higher E85 concentration is needed to top unleaded race gas' octane, but the cooling properties must take very nicely for these cars. I haven't ventured into mixing E85 or running Map 7, but this is promising. I run dead even with 110-111 MPH cars up to 140 MPH from a roll on a ~95 octane mix on Map 2 (plus a downpipe and intake) and it feels exactly as it would trap that.

Just curious, what parameters did Terry tell you to change after reviewing your logs? I just haven't gotten around to logging since I don't feel like running the cable into the car to a laptop (nor would I change standard parameters without logging anyways).

I was surprised as well.
I run E 85 on my mustang and it makes about 30-40 more than race gas..
Never mixed gas before and by calculations the mixture would be less than 100 octane. I have no tuning experience but i have heard youbmay be able to add more timing safely with E85 and like you said may be the cooling properties help even diluted.
Looking back it turned out my EWG had not been installed on the first Dyno runs.I know it picked up about 2 mph after it was installed running race gas.
Terry had tried to tweak it during the first Dyno on race gas and it could be that was better able to tweak it when I ran it again with E30 and the EWG in place.
I have no idea what he did to the map.I know he was great though as he reviewed and responded within minutes of Ben at fat house sending him the logs-kind of like remote tuning which I know is $$$$ in the mustang world

I have 3/4 tank right now of about 95 octane. I'll top it off with 4 gallons of E85, giving me roughly E30 at 97 octane keeping it on Map 2.

Edit: Just did...can't say I can feel a difference on only Map 2, but more fuel at $0.80 less than standard premium doesn't hurt.

Lol
I was so happy with how much faster the car was on Race gas/map 7 I must have driven for 2 weeks straight on 100 octane at $10/gallon and using that as an excuse to hit the drag strip every chance I got so as not to "waste"'the race gas on daily driving!
It got real expensive real quick!
I am thrilled to make even more power with E30 at a cost lower than 93 !
Don't

Hahaha.. no I didn't see you flag me down, where was that?!!! I saw you for the first time when I waved and turned onto that street that Carmax is on. You were going slow so I thought you were going to turn so I went on and then I saw you catch up and flash me down so I slowed down!

How pricey are the drags on Wednesday nights and where? Not much of a 1/4 mile guy.. mainly because my RT sucks.

Lol
Drags are cheap!!$25.
O'riley raceway runs on Wednesday.Lanes open at 5 pm and best to get there early as gets crowded. The crowd there is real nice/all demographics.Always have all sorts of cars and is like a car show .They are having Nationals now so tracks will be real sticky this Wednesday !

Muncie also runs on Wednesday.Always less crowded but different crowd-.
The time slip guy kind of sneered after each run I made in the 235 even when I outran a 13 sec corvette.
He can't understand why I sold my 10 second Shelby! Lol.....And then show up in a BMW that runs 12's.I showed up the week before in my wife's tuned explorer sport (ran 13.9) so must think I got rid of both mustangs!-and got two real slow cars!
I stopped going there often after Coming back on a flat bed too many times in one or the other mustang-it is about 60 miles outside Indy.
I have broken down at the end of the strip several times and not one person came to help!(one really nice guy did once!).
Bunker hill runs a 1/8 mile track on Friday but their track prep is real bad.
Morrocco ( 2 hours north of Indy) 11-4 on Saturday and Sunday .When I am covering a hospital in Lafayette I usually"stop by" before heading home.
It never has more than 10 cars running and you can hotlap to your hearts content if you so desire. Its more of a Chicago crowd and there is a lot of grudge racing going on.Different crowd to but folks don't really care what you drive.
Surprised quite a few folks yesterday .Some guy told he won $100 when he bet on me when I lined against against a Subaru- I ran my PB yesterday-12.39-The Subaru ran 14's.lol
I have been running the BMW so much as the 5.0 has been down getting some fuel relate issues worked out- has a return system and my tuner insisted I had to add a third pump and reroute it when I was losing pressure after 5500 rpm making 750 rwhp on E85.
I was suprised since it had plenty of fuel making 800 when I had a 2.9 whipple/cobra jet set up( had to go back to a smaller blower/crank combo when that broke the crank of my forged alluminator coyote) .After doing all that it turns out there are kinks in the fuel return line!
Now that is fixed having belt alignment issues!
Was Hoping to run it on Wednesday but not looking likely.

Again, to clarify...the only mod you have is the JB4, and you're running Map 7 on E30 (so roughly 4gals of E85 and 12gals of standard premium fuel)?

Correct sir!
I use the E85 calculator.Yesterday when I had 1.5 gallons of E30 in the tank I added 8.947 gallons of 93 to 2.523 gallons of E85( I tested it and it is good)to fill it .13.7 gallons
