first of all i liked my 996.1 better in general - because of the lack of turbos - i loved my 99X throttle response but they all - even the gt3 - had under-steer - more than the m235! i love the handling of this m235 i loved my gt3 more than any other car - but it was hard to deal with some times and i had to be so careful about the nose. for day to day it was a pain but man did i love that car the m235 has a lot of power and its very usable - where the gt3 developed most of its power WAY up in the power band. for track and fun trips id prefer the gt3 but as an every day fun car the m235 is better and more practical and its 1/2 the price. i honestly cannot believe how much car we get for the money.. the m235 is a deal and a half Last edited by Crispen; 04-16-2014 at 06:04 PM.. I agree. The M235i is the best BMW I have ever driven.

I find it amazing how many people cringe over driving the GT3 as a daily lol Almost no one does it... So the electronic steering doesn't seem off to you? It's the first thing I noticed when I test drove an M235i. It wasn't as bad as a VW or Audi...but the steering feel felt much looser compared to my E92. Congrats! Make sure you get more pics of the car...I'm really digging that color combo! |
