Brake fluid change (mot)

Good morning

My partner has an mot booked for this week and the brake fluid service (change) light has come on. Will this result in a failed mot? (UK based)

Cheers

Danny

Please define "mot". A British term?

Probably ministry of transportation

When I complain about the many laws and taxes in Canada. I remind myself in Ontario we are only required to get a safety certificate done by a mechanic when we buy a used car, there is no annual check.
They even got rid of emission testing which I disagree with as tunner kids run straight pipes

Ministry of transport test, basically a mandatory yearly test (for cars over 3 years old) to prove they are road worthy and in a good cindition.
