Passenger restraint failure message
I spilled some liquid cleaner on my passenger seat and right after I got a 'passenger restraint failure' warning. I'm assuming the liquid triggered it somehow and hoping it stops once it dries out. Anyone experience anything similar? Is this something a local mechanic can help fix or is the dealer the best bet? Hoping its not a pricey fix for something so stupid! Do you think its safe to have a passenger in the car?

Until the situation is corrected, this is a risk. See the dealer. I would put a passenger in the back meanwhile.
