Dyno Day

Hey guys dynoed my M235i with E30 today. 414/472 was map 5 and 403/440 was map 2.
Last dyno was map 5 also but the torque reading was messed up. I'm happy with the numbers but on the street it just doesn't feel that fast. Any input would be nice.

ER Catted downpipe
ER intercooler
BMS intake
Dinan Exhaust
JB4 with E30

Probably traction issues making it impossible to put it all down to the road. Hence it won't pull as hard as an x-drive might. What section tyres are you running?

Section tyres? Yeah I have like no traction right now since it's cold out and I need wider tires..but even on the highway when I have traction it's just not that fast. I races my friends 135i which has just jb+ and I only get him by 2-3 cars max 60-130

Sorry, as in section width. I.e stock 245 rears? The wider the better. As you say temperature will play a very big role. Don't expect hook up to be as good in the winter, even with winter tyres, as summer tyres in summer. Also other factors such as gearing come into play too. The ZF 8 and the manual will behave differently in that regard.

Yeah I have the stock 245 rears, replacing the tires next season since it doesn't matter anymore. We are both 6 speed manuals
