Same wheels that got curb rash pulling out of the bank. Had it one month too. BMW dealer had a guy come in and repair them as good as new. I could not tell the difference. Cost $150 ea. but cheaper than buying new ones at $450/ea. Orbit grey is hard to match.

This may sound crazy but I learned it from an ex GF who loved to paint her nails.....if you cant find touch up paint in the right color look for nail polish

It comes in more colors, shades and finishes than you can possibly imagine

Well, I would like to know where to find official touch up paint. I found some touch up paint from the auto parts store that's close but not perfect.

Has anyone purchased a good touch up paint for the 436M Orbit Grey wheels? Any chance you could provide a link?

Also, I've heard that certain wheels can only be repaired a certain number of times. Is this the case with the 436M Orbit Grey wheels?

Good timing on this bump. This past weekend I swapped my EC-7s out for my stock wheels with snow tires. I only had a 17mm socket in 3/8 so used a 1/2 to 3/8 reducer. Well on the last wheel when I torqued down to 103 ft lbs, I snapped the reducer and put a small chip on the wheel where the lug recess meets the wheel face. It's pretty small, but I need to touch it up. Also scratched the center cap, but that's only 12 bucks. Lesson learned the hard way; ordered a 17mm 1/2" socket with protective sleeve from BMS.

The company is Quik Touch based out of Hong Kong. They have a facebook page and their website changed from the link posted more than a year ago. I bought a pen from them but they sold it in a can also.
BMW B55 code.

Try Color n Drive. https://colorndrive.com/en/touch-up-...,13089/details

The paint color is a good match and you get a nice application kit. Granted, if it's more than a minor scratch, you will need to sand, spray and blend the paint to do it well, but for a cover-up, this will do the trick.

The standard wheels 436 on an M235 were B55 ferric gray which I ordered and matched. I’m a little confused what Orbit Gray B35 is but its not for the standard wheels on a M235.

Orbit Grey is standard on the M240i and was optional to the standard Ferric Grey on the M235 starting for MY 2016.

Thanks for the explanation, either way they are both hard to find. I’m suprised Bavarian Autosport and others don’t have spray cans of both since I have bought matching paint from Bavarian for my X1 MSport wheels.
