I have been noticing moisture under the rubber floor mat on the passenger side. We have had a lot humidity lately and obviously, I've been running the air conditioner too. I was wondering if anybody else is experiencing this. Not sure if it's coming from the air-conditioning condensate or possibly a seal on the window

That sounds very abnormal. You probably should take your car back to your servicing dealer and have it checked out before the moisture starts causing damage.

It could be something similar to this?

I had the same thing back in 2006 with my E60. The roof drains were clogged after a heavy rain storm. Its not covered under warranty to fix per BMW NA. I called my insurance company and they covered it because after lifting the carpet and releasing the water from the drain plug I realized BMW put a lot of electronics on the passenger side. One by one things stopped working within a few hours of finding the water. If I was you I would check under the carpet. If there is a lot of water have BWW check your car. Also the tell tail sign of something is wrong other than the water or dampness is a sweet smell. After BMW fixed it the SA said if you smell something sweet chances are water is getting in again and generating mold..

Good luck to you and I hope its just moisture..

Yes, most likely clogged drain, either A/C or roof.
One common cause of a clog is a spider's nest.
I used to have this problem recurrently on a Toyota 20 years ago and it was fairly easily solved with a blast of compressed air.

I've got an appointment to take it to the dealer tomorrow and have it checked out. Thanks for the suggestions, and I'll follow up on what they find.
