Speak with your dealer. On in-demand cars like preowned M235 will be, they will often let you out of your lease early if upgrading to a different car. Not a year early, but 6 months or so shouldn't be a big deal. I've done that in the past.

They say 2016 for the M2 so 24 month, you can go month to month if its not ready until summer of 2016. Bad news on leases is 10k is the least they do so you get screwed if you drive a lot less like me.
