When modding it is always best to think ahead ... What are your goals for this car in the next 2-3 years?

Yes Mike thats part of my issue. The Wagner and ER seem like a better option if I ever go stg 2 turbo wise. As of right now Im ok with the power the car is putting down. Although you know how that goes.
It appears the line between FBO and stg 2 turbo means possible Clutch upgrade and fueling. Not sure if I want to go that route with this car. I think this car would be amazing with 450-500whp and 500wtq but seems like a good jump to get there.

Since you have big plans for the car either wait for VRSF race, or Get Wagner EVO 2 or Evolution Racewerks.

Keep in mind that even if you are FBO bigger intercoolers would be a very good fit even on stock turbo

We have 2 new intercoolers we're about to release for the F30. An ultra high density version of our existing intercooler which will significantly outperform the existing intercooler (at a price increase) and a race version that will be the largest available intercooler for this platform.

The race intercooler will feature the same ultra high density fin pack that we're currently testing on a few 800whp+ cars and will be recommended for cars planning on running 500whp+.

I'll post measurements when I get back to the shop. The race core is about twice the volume of the street core.

So would you say the new HD street IC is equivalent to most of the other "race/competition" ICs out there?

Please share the weights of your 3 intercoolers if you can.

The HD street is going to outperform anything of equivalent size in a 5" stepped format. The 7.5 race intercooler is going to outperform any equivalent race/competition intercooler available for this platform.

The weights will be posted with logs when they become available.

I noticed you offered a pre-order for the 7.5" HD race IC. Will you be offering a Pre-order for the 5" stepped HD IC..?

I noticed you released the HD core for your 5" stepped.. do you have any data and pics you could post showing the differences in performance and density between stock IC and or street version ?
