Well it was 450 miles on 2 fill-ups as it needed a fresh tank (3rd fill up) last night. Granted, I don't drive my cars more than a few miles beyond when the gas light turns on, but still. I'm going to be making weekly gas runs it appears.

1700+ miles on mine and the only nit pics I have are the lack of grab handles and the automatic wipers are garbaaaage (said in a European accent).

I'm consistently filling up every 250 miles or so. That's about 100 miles less per tank than I was getting with my F30 328i.
I will say though, gas mileage has improved through the break-in period. It was under 20 MPG on my first tank or two and it's up to 22+ MPG now as I pass 1000 miles on the car. |

That pretty much sums it up. I hate using EcoPro around town as it really takes all fun out of driving, so I typically keep the car in comfort mode during my commute to and from the office, and flip it into Sport+ when I want to have some fun. I will occasionally use EcoPro if I'm going to be on a long highway drive, but my commute is strictly city streets and most of my normal stops (restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc) are very close to my home or office, so this isn't an everyday thing.

Yeah, 13.7 is a tad small. I only get about 250 miles out of my current 16.8 gallon tank right now so it won't be much of a change, but it would have been nice to have a 16 gallon tank.

After 2.5 days, I really do not have any nitpicks. The brake pedal travel has been criticized, but for me it is pretty firm so I am pleasantly surprised on that one. My only nitpick is having to wait for break-in miles before getting on full power. I don't think I can wait much more than 500 miles! |

I drove one yesterday what a rocket. Drove awesome as well.
The nit pick about a rear view camera is a little absurd, it's a small car, not a motor home. I certainly wouldn't want it, but I buy cars and keep them forever. I want as few gizmos as possible.

See, I like very dark windows (my M235 has 5% tint), so the camera is extremely useful at night when trying to back into or out of a parking spot. On my previous vehicles, the dark tint really made nighttime parking tricky (sometimes I would even need to roll down a window or two), but now I'm good to go. |

...and I still can't keep my climate control OFF. No matter what I do, it always comes back on each time I start the car. Anyone have any suggestions? It's fricken irritating having to turn it off all the time.

Should be able to recode the default I would think. Will let you know when I get mine but want it to default to sport mode, most recent climate setting, and a few other things.

The law begins phasing in May 1, 2016 so if you have a used car without one you will have a much harder time selling it. It's like selling a car in the 60's without seat belts except it was much easier to add seat belts to a car without them.

The placement for the interior door handle, it's so close to the hinge that it takes more effort to close than most cars. It's hard for my wife to close the passenger door with her tiny child like arms.

The car is pretty light at 155 mph. My hands were pretty sweaty after my drive from stuttgart to munich. The M3 felt more at ease at high speeds. It could be that this time I have my 220 lb friend and 200 lbs of bags and luggage in the trunk and backseat. Last time it was just my 100 lb wife and a carryon.

I dislike the feel of the gas pedal, it feels small when I wear my dress shoes.
Also I made a thread earlier but it never got any posts, so I'd put that I wish it had a different style of doors, something that could be easily opened in parking spaces for such a small car. |

Put that way it makes sense. I live in a great 100 year old neighborhood, and my neighbors on both sides that actually play outside instead of being glued to the x box or what have you. I always have to look and look to be sure there is not a little person about to dart behind my car.... same goes for backing out of a parking spot if there is a giant slob utility vehicle next to me. Having a loudish exhaust and a car with a clutch lets me give audible warning shits when backing out
