Certainly tames the mirrors. Remove the //M's on the front fenders, add window tint, some black kidney grill rings, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser and I think I may have my exterior look.

What I don't get though is why some cars have silver mirror caps and others have the ferric Grey ones. Like this silver one had Grey and the mineral Grey cars have silver. Who the heck was responsible for these color schemes. I would prefer the mineral Grey with dark Grey mirrors instead of silver. I will gladly do a trade if anybody is interested in a few months!

I'm sort of surprised there are so few people ordering this car in GS (at least based on the survey on the forums). I think it looks great in grey and blue (which is rare since I don't tend to like primary colors for cars), but I think this car looks phenomenal in silver. Very sophisticated and sporty (where the blue/red both just scream sporty to me).

I get my 228i MSport next Friday (or that's when I've been told it should be available for pickup) and will post pictures as soon as I can for others to see what that combo looks like since I've yet to see pictures of it.

and dealers lot are always full of the white with black interior or the black and black......that's their imagination scope...and OF COURSE you will not find blue and red on the lot..it was presold everytime...

I guess the only way to see some more glacier silvers is to expand beyond to the 228's and 235's. Here's a few of the 220d.

Is not Glacier silver but Moonlight silver only available with Basic, Modern et Sport Line, not with M Sport or M235i

Thanks for pointing that out. I deleted the video. It did seem a little off to me.

The photos of the 220d are definitely glacier silver.
