Does the M235i have tilt headrests and a sliding armrest?

I've been looking at some pictures and it appears to have a sliding arm rest. If so, does it get in the way of shits (manual transmission)?

Also how are the headrests, can you tilt them? I had a loaner F30 328i Sport once and the seat back was super tall compared to the E90/E92's I had, just wondering how the seats in the M235i would feel.

Yes, the armrest slides forward/back. Yes, the rear head rest tilt forward. No the armrest does not interfere with the shifter when moved forward.

I don't find any interference when shifting (manual) either. Only when I try to re-position myself in the seat and push hard on my elbow the armrest may slide backwards unitentionally.

This. I keep the armrest pushed all the way back, but sometimes when I use my elbow to shift myself I pull it forward and back. It's a tiny bit annoying in the moment, but in no other way does it interfere.

Actually, it's quite the opposite. I find the arm rest a perfect height and position to be able to rest my elbow on naturally and also have a hand on the shifter.
