2016 residuals

Not sure if this has been answered, but I've looked around and can't find it.

Does anyone have residuals for 2016 228i and 228i verts. Also would appreciate the residual for a 2016 m235i.

According to my CA, the residuals haven't been released yet.

I'm super bummed out, one of the things that makes the 2 series appealing to me is the lease rates. It's a 4% drop from last year :/

Yup. Same thing has happened to the 2016 3 series.
MF is still the same at .0013, but the residuals went down.
59% - 15K
61% - 12K
62% - 10K

Last 2015 numbers were
63% - 15K
65% - 12K
66% - 10K

That's a substantial drop and makes for a big difference in monthly payment.

For the 2014 M235i I built the monthly payment increased by $69 per month due to the big res drop.

I assume this is the general pattern every year. BMW has to do something to incentivize the previous year. Better to buy the '16 and lease the '15. I wish the 15s had rebates, but too low of volume model.

Last year from 2014 to 2015 the drop for 2 series leases was 2%. This year it's 4%. A 4% drop is brutal. ~$70-100 per month added to a typical payment = $~3,500-4,000 more over a 36 month lease for a 2016 vs. a 2015.
