first you should look at youtube. there are a lot of tutorials.
it takes some exercise in dealing with the foil.
i bought on ebay some years ago an used interior bar and exercised before i startet with the bars in my car.

yes i did.
we were two and i would recommend to this not alone, because the first try should be fit.
otherwise I suspect that new tapes are necessary and i will be al lot of work to remove the old tapes.
