Just got word that I have been assigned a production number and is in status 111. How much longer should it take to start production?

Ask your sales advisor. They know your allocation's production week.

I did he couldn't give me an estimate. I'm pretty sure he traded allocations

Week 32. Hopefully it's sooner than that, though. This is actually my second M235i order this year. The first one had a confirmed build week of Week 27 (June 30-July 7) but it actually began production on June 23rd and finished on July 1st. Hoping for a repeat of that this time around, but I'm not sure how common that is.

My CA told me they usually build cars that were customer ordered first and that's probably why it was built earlier but I'm not actually sure if that is true or not.

I experienced exactly the same. After seeing what you did, I called the 800 for a representative and she told me my M235i has an "estimated production week as Week 32". Hope it could be earlier.

Yea I ordered mine back in May and the order didn't get placed with BMW till July 3rd. But I guess late is better than nvr. I guess week 32 is getting popular

Just went into production with an estimate completion date of aug 5th. Exactly 2 months to the day since I placed the order and two weeks earlier than expected

Mine went into production on July 29 with estimated completion date of Aug 5th. A little bit over 2 weeks from placing the order.

Nice, congrats! I had to reorder mine ( wrong wheels/tires) so I got pushed back a week am still waiting to enter production
