stealth hitches

Does anybody have a stealth hitch? I am looking for something to carry my mountain bike.

Also, anyone with a M235i that has the stealth hitch. The instructions done mention the M235i and the company hasn’t tried to fit it on one, as per their email response

specific reason you are considering this rather than the curt? i have the curt myself and am happy with it. my bike rack stays on 24/7, so no need for stealth feature, but none the less, the curt is pretty tight against the rear diffuser, so not really a reduction in ground clearance.

Because Curt didn’t have anything listed for the M235i.

I didn’t read all 4 pages but you used a 3 series hitch?

Why don’t they list it as compatible? Did you have to make any modifications to get it to fit to both the car or hitch?

11367 is the one. the only modification i recall was a little trimming of a heat shield.

btw it's cheaper at other retailers than that MSRP.

I didn't have to cut. The hitch pushes on it a little bit. No big deal.
