low beep!

Hey guys,

When I startup and drive my RWD M235i (manual) there is a low beeping sound - lasts for a bit, stops, comes back and then it stops. Any ideas what that is?
I do have an LSD but no MPE or anything. It sounds electronic and not like the exhaust valve (unless that sounds like a beep).
No error messages and no issues with performance.

It's not the below 37degree temp warning?
Not the back up camera sensor?
Seat belt sensor?

no, the warnings are loud, this is very muted. Like I had a pager wrapped in a towel just beeping at very low volume.... you have to strain to hear it.

Could be the climate control turning on/off or opening/closing vents. I have a similar noise on startup and shut-off and I believe climate control is the source.

That actually makes a lot of sense! I will shut climate control off and see if I can still hear it. Thanks for the suggestion!
