Michelin PSS in mayhem and riots.
So do you chance it with the Michelin PSS to drive in a war zone Baltimore City.
Wish I had Pirelli RunFlats for the riots. |

Maybe an armored G wagen with a mounted 50 on the roof would be more appropriate.

Can't afford it - though at around 6:30 p.m. I was on the Sig Sauer web site building a p226 with a strobe lazer attachment. But I'd probably accidentally shoot myself if I owned a gun.

RFTs can indeed be repaired, same as any other tire.
Some shops don't repair them, due to potential liability claims, but that's the shop, and has nothing to do with the tire. Of course, they would rather sell you a new tire than patch an old one. http://blog.tirerack.com/blog/hunter...re-be-repaired |

Dumb question - do you repair a minor nail puncture (mid thread) on Michelin Pilot Super Sports? Someone was saying you had to buy a new tire, something about "speed integrity" etc?

Yes- not a problem to repair, you do not need to replace. Discount Tire repaired a PSS on my last 135 that took a nail in the middle of the tread. They dismount, plug and patch.
