My car was built 10/24 and I puchased it 12/1.
Should be a 6-8 week wait. Unless the cars are still on back order? It could also depend on the dealer and how many allocations they have.

I hear ya....very popular place....DelMar's was a walk across the pedestrian bridge at the Bay. Being in Michigan, I keep this actual photo from our last visit to DelMar to remind me of what real pizza looks like!

The one I bought happened to just show up at the dealer when I was there looking for a new car. It had not even gone through the PPI yet. Drove it home the same day!

I put a deposit down in the beginning of June and got the car at the end of August. I didn't order it though, I just told them to call me when the first manual M235i came in, and it was 99% spec'd the way I would have ordered it so it was only about a week from when it was in the port to when I picked it up. Needed to wait for my broker to execute my sell order and wire me the funds, that was most of the actual wait after I was 100% certain I was getting the car.

At least the weather here in NYC is miserable, so the wait is not as painful - since I couldn't drive it on these icy roads anyway. But it's going to warm up very soon, and I'm going to be very anxious to get it!

I didnt order mine, happen to have the exact car i wanted on the lot.. So it took me about 2 hours to receive mine
I also agree with this horrible NYC weather lately, took me about 1.5 hours last night to get home from work only about 20 miles away. Luckily my car is in PA at a shop getting some new parts made that will be released in the near future to the general public |

Unfortunately it is too early in the process of development to share any details and they are still looking over the car to decide exactly what they want to develop for it.. I can comment on the fact they generally work on exotics such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, etc and do all work in house and are now getting into the BMW scene so I would expect nothing but the best quality.
