MP exhaust tips on stock exhaust with M-P diffuser?
I must make up my mind really quickly about some M-P add-ons for my ordered M235i, but am lacking one small piece of information. I'm sure you guys can help me - this forum has always been great in this kind of things
OK, so I decided against the M-P Exhaust at this time, but since I really hate the look of the stock black thing called "diffuser", I'd like to replace it with the M-Performance diffuser (P/N 51192343355) a PLUS just the exhaust tips (chrome or carbon - this is also to be decided). I'd like to have the M-P diffuser painted in the car body color (Alpine White) with just the middle of it left black, so that the car's rear looks as per the picture attached. However - and this is where I need your help - I'm not sure whether the M-P exhaust tips can be put on the stock exhaust pipes so that they stick out the right distance from under the M-P diffuser... I *think* I read somewhere some additional "adapter pipes" are needed. Can anyone advise whether this can be done, and if some extra BMW part is required - what is its Part Number? TIA!

Yes... you need that...
cause the difusor sits further out.... I think the adapter is $80 but you might be able to find the same thing at your local auto part store |
