Moonlight silver in the wild

Anyone seen Moonlight Silver in the wild? I am ordering tomorrow and am still on the fence on the color. I am contemplating:
  • Moonlight Silver
  • Mineral Grey
  • Alpine White
  • Deep Sea Blue

I love the Moonlight Silver on the Web but nothing beats seeing a color in person. I am worried that the color may be too beige (and consequently make me look my actual age for buying it).

Good for you...go with what you want.

Too bad for the Wings!

I feel a bit bad that I had to think about what you meant by the Wings. I am not a hockey fan. Thanks though.

Truly excited to get my first BMW.

I have seen one at dusk. It's a shiny pearl-like color. I would say it's a good color for a female driver.

Seriously, are you going there

A gender specific color??

" I would say it's a good color for a female driver."

I'll just sit back and wait to see the comments

So you decided against the DSB???? I was just starting to warm up to the idea of allowing another guy to have my color as well!

Honestly though, I considered moonlight also. Either way, I think you will be thrilled with the car. Plenty of punch, great driving dynamics, and it will put a big smile on your face every time you walk out your front door and see it sitting in your driveway (or garage).

Enjoy the moonlight, I haven't seen many people on the forum with that color and that is sure to make yours different from the rest on here.

Thanks. I really liked the DSB/oyster combo but was worried that I wouldn't wash it as often as it deserves. Now the super long wait begins.

Black sensatech. I wanted the contrast and didn't want to pop for the leather. It would look fantastic with terra I bet.

I, too, love my Moonlight Silver convertible. (Mine is the almost-twin of AFM's, since I copied his build.)

I am female but my husband likes it too (and I'm mildly offended anyone thinks it's a "chick" color).

The most common compliment I receive is "great color"...from both men and women.

You're going to love that color. It was a close second on my list (I went with VO). I love how the tail lamps contrast with moonlight silver. Congrats and post pictures soon!

VO would have been my first choice too. Between the wife not liking it, and being in the automotive industry in Detroit (a BMW is one thing, an in-your-face BMW is another), I thought something a bit more understated might be in order.
