I'm confused re; need for Syvecs.

Are you no longer doing ECU flash tunes? Using Syvecs instead?

Looks like some crazy progress being made! Not that I am your typical customer for this extent of mods, but big props to you guys for going above and beyond.

I do have ENZO on my list for a flash in future on the M2 though....

When making power levels over 600hp the factory ECU is limited, the Syvecs allows us to run 6 additional injectors precisely along with controlling other parameters like spark, throttle, boost, traction etc. The stock DME has no support for a TiAL Wastegate or BOV for that matter

Cheers,
Chris

Ricardo from acf made 650 whp on a f series n55 with st3 turbo on a flash/jb4 combo.

No need going sycecs imo. Stock dme with jb4 works just fine.

"When making power levels over 600hp" as in 600 would be in the lower spectrum up to whatever a built engine/trans can handle, 700, 800 etc. N55 1/4 mile times are very tame to say the least. Dyno numbers mean nothing without a proven 1/4 mile time. Putting a JB4 and hoping for the best when making power levels close to 700 is not the answer. The Syvecs will give us the full control, no need for a JB4 and the ability to assist in launch that will ultimately give us an advantage when going down the strip.

Cheers,
Chris

Its not because people havent decently prepped for the strip that current tuning does not allow for it. See what n54's are doing at the strip now?

Yes if you have people doing 700-800 whp builds they can spend a few extra k on the syvecs as well. But for people going for 650 whp race mode and daily drive 500-550 whp a tune and jb4 is a valid option.

As for results we'll see them when you get them untill then its all talk!

We have tested Syvecs extensively on our 1200 wheel hp Porsche and Twin Turbo Gallardo. When you start approaching this level of power you don't want to cut corners.

Our ultimate goal and biggest hurdle will be incorporating all the components needed and keeping the price point realistic and fair to drivers.

The easy part is making the hardware and fitting all the lines and piping, the hard part is trying to make the electronics happy. Newer BMW DME modules are very complex and are extremely sensitive. We have come along way and have learned so many details about the inner workings of the DME. We are trying our best to get this rolling. More updates coming soon

Subscribed. Looking forward to the results.
On a side note - those new manifolds look like a B**CH to change.

Enzo Performance Big Turbo Sound

Here are some rough clips of our N55 "bigger" turbo kit on low boost (16-19psi) These clips are just our initial runs around the block and some quick shots to show that all systems are ok.

Why is that so important? We managed to run our kit with with a TiAL Wastegate (open dump), Manual Hallman boost Controller and of course a TiAL BOV We have successfully managed to disable the factory diverter valve, electronic wastegate and mass air flow sensor, making this possibly the first ever speed density package available for the F series.

We will be adding port injection next week along with a full E85 tune. Doing so will allow us to turn the boost up and see what she puts down All components were manufactured and built right here in New York.

Awesome, this is a huge step for the Fseries N55 platform! Amazing work, congrats!
