To run max boost you will definitely need some type of additional fueling. Personally I'd rather avoid meth and plan on eventually adding the fuel-it tbi kit and lpfp. Right now I'm on stock fuel system using 93 pump and have had no issues. Looks like the current tune is peaking at 21psi but tapers off as rpm increases. Will experiment with adding a bit of e85 and see what happens, on the stock turbo I could add as much as 5 gallons per tank with no issues.

I had a chance to test the car last night and I have to revise my earlier comment of the car not being much faster. Even on the current tune the car feels like an absolute beast, at WOT it's frighteningly fast. It's definitely a lot faster, the power delivery is so incredibly smooth it's ridiculous, the blurb between shifts is louder and it sounds absolutely intoxicating at WOT.

Since this is my first upgraded turbo, I didn't know what to expect and was really worried about the increased spool time affecting my 0-60 times, but I am happy to report that I easily matched my record of 3.80s on the first run, with half a tank of gas.

Honestly I'd recommend this upgrade along with the dv+ even for people who don't plan on running max boost, I feel it's really improved the overall feel of the car, not sure why that is but I assume it's because the turbo just runs more efficiently vs a maxed out stock turbo.
Did they install the DV+ for you?
My tune feels a little lumpy in first and second gear, I think my 2012 DME needs a little TLC.

So your flash just moved the limiter and coldstart ?
Then everything else jb4 is controlling it ?
Just speedlimiter. I still have cold start.

I just thought I'd share the results of my independent dyno testing of the Enzo N55 flash tune.

Back in March I did a baseline dyno when I was switching from the Dinan stage 1 to the Manhart stage 1, and hadn't made it back to the same dyno since upgrading to the flash tune.

The dyno is a mustang awd, according to the shop it reads 17% lower than the dynojet they compared it to. Either way I was more interested in seeing the gains vs absolute numbers. All runs were done in 4th gear on 93 pump.

Stock baseline: 265hp/283tq
Enzo FBO: 355hp/395tq
Gains: 90hp and 112ft/lbs!!!

Best 0-60 is 3.80s
Best 1/4 mile was just over 12.4s, but I feel this number could be better, this was on a summer night with high humidity and stock tires at a sub par track.

I'll post a pic of the graph, the dotted lines were my previous best with the Manhart.

For those interested in "dynojet numbers", I did the calculations for you: x1.17

Stock baseline: 310/331
Enzo FBO: 415/462

Pure stage 2 being installed tomorrow, please send happy thoughts while my car is under the knife!
Nice, looking forward to your numbers after the Pure dyno

Mike, can you please expand on this? Do we have to send our ECU out or is there a flasher that you send us?

Why would you need to stack the JB4 with the flash tune? For methanol control? Or ethanol use?

It's only necessary as a boost controller when running a larger turbo. Depending on my fueling I can adjust the boost targets at will. All other parameters are still controlled by the flashed ecu. It's the best of both worlds, smoothness and reliability of a flash tune with the ability to change maps and control boost on the fly. Im loving it!

Question - APR tunes have a method to switch between fuel types or even back to stock using the stalk controls. Does the Enzo do that or is it always active?

The tune is very adaptive, it will adapt to 4-5 gallons of E85 very well, 91, 93 etc. As for different boost levels no, the tune is always active. Luckily the JB4 allows you to change maps. For guys running a JB4 our N55 tune is $995.

Cheers,
Chris
