I would say that the M2 will get LED lights because the F20/F21 gets them in just a few days. Doubtful on Laser Light it would be impractical from a cost perspective for the product.
The i8 has them as will the next 7er , something else in 2016 and an additional M4. They will be more wide spread when the new 5er arrives in 2016.
Yeah but are these ever going to get cleared for use in the US? I certainly hope so.
