BMW CCRC - only 69 in the USA?
Can anyone point me to an actual list of BWM CERTIFIED COLLISION REPAIR CENTERS?

Google "bmwcca #####" where "#####" is your zip code. That'll give you the link to the local chapter of the BMW Car Club of america. Check to see if any body shops are recommended. Check Yelp, also.

Perhaps s/t you've already tried, but had you contacted BMW-USA or the 'genius line'? This may also be one of those informal 'made for advertising' certifications, where it just means 'the repair center that my dealer sends cars to' (i.e. there is no comprehensive list, no formal standards beyond routine trade licensing/certificates).

Not sure where in NY you are located, but I did use the BMW Collision Center in Poughkeepsie and yes it is associated with the BMW of Hudson Valley dealer. They do excellent work.
