Did the actual installation of the M Performance front splitter today and also stuck the extensions on my M Performance exhaust so the tips would stick out past the carbon fiber diffuser I have now.

Booked my brand new (only driven 80kms)M235i into the panel beaters today after my wife selected first instead of reverse trying to back the car out of garage.
She called me up to tell me and started crying.By the time I got home later that day I had lost my voice from a cold I had just picked up and couldn't do any yelling or screaming! I ordered a lot of parts for my 228. Dinan free-flow exhaust, dinan performance springs & supplementary kit, dinan shockware, ER catted downpipe.
Getting the car tuned at CB Tuning once everything is installed. I'm also considering some cosmetic stuff such as the carbon fiber spoiler and the gloss black grilles. I am ready. |

Technically I did this all last night, but I dived head first into the world of coding and made a ton of changes that added both functionality, like the "tow hitch-straight down zoom view" on rear camera and adding the Digital MPH readout as well as new convenience features like closing the windows and moonroof with the FOB and removing all the disclaimer nag screens. All in all I think I made over 2 dozen custom changes to fit my preferences.
I'm very happy with the results and feel that the iDrive system now truly augments my driving experience. Madmatt
