Missing Realtime Traffic

Suddenly, I have lost the realtime traffic on my satnav. 2014 model. Anyone have and idea what's up? Is there a reset of some sort? Thx JHB

Don't you have to purchase it after the "free" three year period is over?

yeah it expires after 3 years, if you go to the website its about $55 per year for the real time traffic info. I still haven't decided whether to get it or not yet. I haven't missed it much in the last month.

Waze is free as well, and it has the added bonus of LEO alerts and the speed limit info (and that would be why I did not order the nav package, as I'd still be using Waze). I much prefer the Google Maps GUI; if only Google would add those two features!
