Picking a 2015 M235i tomorrow!
Super excited to be back in a BMW. I had an E90 335i, sold it in November to get a 2017 Golf R. Great car, but I miss rear drive. I look forward to learning about this new platform. Cheers!

Well, that lasted less than 100 miles. An elderly gentlemen merging onto 202 claimed he never saw me, and side swiped the right side of the car. Got every panel on the right side. :*(**

Congrats, but sorry you got dinged up on the drive home. Especially painful when it is that new. That was one of my big fears too - I picked mine up right before a HUGE rainstorm so white-knuckled it all the way home.

My parents are out in Chester County too if you see a vert BSM w CR that's me. 202 is a f*cking NIGHTMARE always under construction and the temp on ramps are horrible.
Keenan does good work as does Cavalllo but they are $$$$. That's where all the exotic dealers in town send their stuff.

Suspension control High speed stability Poise under heavy braking Steering precision (although not the feel) Torque (no matter what tune each car has, it is still 2.0 vs 3.0 litres) Engine smoothness and minimal turbo lag (R needs to be at 3,000RPM for any action, M240i pulls better from 2,000RPM) Paint quality iDrive Power memory seats for multiple drivers (not available at any price on R) Solidity of door closing Clutch feel and action (even with the delay valve removal and spring mod on the R) We consider the R to be a capable and proper SUV (actually does have sport, compared with usual SFVs - Sport Futility Vehicles) definitely the choice for shopping as it is nimble and versatile, but not the choice for long trips or mountain roads over the BMW.
