Need help find 17" rims that fit...

So I tried to put on the 17" rims I had from a 2008 BMW 128i, but they did not fit. I've heard that some 17" rims will fit and some will not, but I have no way of telling which will. I'd like to go one of the BMW OEM styles but I'd get good rims from tirerack if that is a possibility. These are for snow tires, of course (225/45/17). Thanks.

OEM Style 258 will fit - tight but they poke out a bit.

I ended up getting 17" BBS SR rims off of tirerack. There are really nice and very cheap!

Do you have pics with them on the car? I'm looking for 17s to mount snow tires on for the m235.

If your looking from tirerack i got the Monte TITANO MT4 Cesta 17 inch rims. The fit perfectly and had no issues with them this winter season. They look great on the car for a winter rim. I only have a few pics sorry for the bad iphone quality and no good shots. (The weird color of the rims in that one shot is because they were extremely dirty!)

Thanks for posting the pics. Do you have the m-sport brakes? I can't tell in the pictures.

In his info it says its a M235, so I would say yes, it does.

I have the same wheels as my winter setup.. The front brakes clear with no issue, the rears on the other hand, you have to be very careful were you place the balancing weights because the clearance is really tight!
