Thanks Mike. Does the downpipe have to be catless for Map 2, or can one use a high-flow cat?

JB4 is still the more popular tune. Great bang for the buck.

Our other biggest seller is AA Active 8. If you plan on going further with downpipes and intercooler you'll likely find JB4 more appealing as it can handle the catless downpipes CEL and optimize for more power with other modifications.

Only thing better then that would be a custom flash.

The JB4 is truly amazing.

Here are my three pros and cons:

Pros:
Versatility - you can do custom maps or let it adapt to your fuel by itself, it can also control your meth system
User interface - you can keep an eye on things via your mobile and log to check that all is running as it should + switch maps via the car controls
Support - there is a huge community to support you and you will get personal support if needed by the man Terry himself


Cons:
Build quality - not impressive, I have had several corrosion problems
Plug'n'play - not so much unless you just run map1 or 5 and even then you might have problems, you will have to do some studying to get the most of it

The harness was redesigned a year ago or so for improved durability, and they also released an all weather aluminum oring sealed enclosure, both of which address any potential build quality issues.

Its not quite good enough for me to use computer grade connectors on an automotive product. The MegaSquirt does the same which is why I exchanged that with an OMEX. I love everything else about the JB4 which is why I still have it and recommend it to others.
