With the M235i, I hear mostly the typical turbo "whoosh" sound. Reminds me of watching an old 1980's GNX at the drag strip. Whossshhhhhhhhhh! Aaaaaand the guy runs a 10 second pass. Meanwhile, everyone stands around scratching their heads wondering what the hell that sound was.

The M2 on video sounds about how my 335 (pre Akrapovic) sounds in real life. With that said all exhaust videos lie and the cars never sound anything like that in real life so of course the M2 will sound better. The M235i sounds like shit in the video but is quite nice in real life.

This can't be repeated enough. I do agree that it sounds good in the video, but that's about all it's good for at this point. Can't wait to hear one in person.
