I was following a thread on the 4 series forum where a user tapped his cig lighter in back of the center console to install a really cool wireless charging pad.

Cost him about $60 in parts and the install looked simple. It gave a better aesthetic than the crappy dock BMW provides, which also happens to limit you with phone size.

Does the 2er have a 12v power outlet in the rear of the center console between the two front seats?

If it doesn't I might add the BMW one...
