exhaust: stock, M Performance, or Dinan
I was asking dealer about getting a M Performance or Dinan exhaust installed.
I'm a undecided if I should keep stock exhaust or do M Perf or Dian. I would like a nice exhaust but not too loud to attract attention from neighbors and cops.... Any options? |

Anyone think the stock exhaust is loud enough?
I will get my car in 1-2 weeks so I don't know how the stock exhaust sounds like. The Dealer I talked to said I needed to install rear defuser too. Last edited by bimmercar; 02-26-2015 at 07:08 PM.. |

With the windows up, I couldn't tell the difference between the stock and M Performance exhaust. With the windows down, the M Performance exhaust has a nice throatier sound.
I haven't gotten anyone with a Dinan exhaust to tell me how it sounds. |

The M Performance exhaust has two part numbers: one with the M defuser and one without.

I have enjoyed having my M Performance muffler over the stock muffler. It is really cool when inside a parking garage and watching everyone look up as I'm coming through to a parking spot.
