Looks tasty! Can't wait to see some decent pics!

Was this car already built rather than ordered to your spec I presume?

Raining heavy now and the iphone pictures are just rubbish. I'll post one so not to leave you guys, trust me it's really low wide and mean in the metal with all the M Performance kit. The rear is tidied up a lot with the new diffuser and bigger pipes.

The manual box, engine note and exhaust are just superb. Must remember not to fill with Diesel too lol.

I think its love!
Is it an Australian spec car??!!

What he said, it's upside down. Is this what is going to look like once it's been through a hedge and into a field

How does it feel size wise, driving and parking?

Is it nicely planted on the road?

When you getting the LSD ?

How does suspension feel?

Oh and how big is the grin when you plant your right foot?

Having decided not to test drive one, this was an area I was wondering about. How would it feel vs the outgoing monster F10 on the road. It feels low, wide, very balanced and solid on the road. What I loved about my M135i test drive (auto) was the incredibly sharp turn in from VSS too, this is solid fast and nimble, awesome.

When you getting the LSD ?
Hehe maybe, dealer wasn't too sure on the price I'd receive, he's checking

How does suspension feel?
My first adaptive, and I'm really keen on it now. Live mist BMWs with it it's compliant in Comfort, must say it's almost zero roll in sport. For £500 on this car it feels a must have. Should point out that the difference without run flats us incredible! Sport mode plus 19s is no issue. My X5 with 20s and passive sport was a shocker, literally!

Oh and how big is the grin when you plant your right foot?
Cheshire Cat wide currently. The exhaust over run and manual box are a dream. If you don't need the space or can afford the MRs to have the 'big' car I can't see why you wouldn't want an M135i or M235i simply a great package.

I will balance thus out with something constructively negative that I eventually find to say in a review later but for now, this is awesome. An M2 looking slightly wider, carbon roof, built in curved 1M style bootlid spoiler, body kit, auto blipping manual, seats similar to M4 will be a keeper for me and the first car I will buy outright.

Bit gutted my nieces are coming over this weekend and we will all have to seat across this and MrS ChesterM4 Cooper, dirty children, noooooo!

Happy driving folks.

Sounds excellent, unfortunately for our main car we need space for puppy dog.

As wife's or 2nd car it's ideal.

Should be having a long rest drive next month.

Wife prefers manual, however I really like the autobox.

I think would be a bit more restrained with a manual.

Definitely more pics

And a solid review.

Some iPhone stuff.

I will edit this tonight. Engine bay is impressive for something this size! Also the shot of my knees is driver seat set for 5'10 and me 5'10 in the back no problem.

Gorgeous.

Was the boot mat bought separately or standard fit?

Engine looks great, filling the space completely.

The performance bits just add to it

If we get one I think will need to be in red though.

Great pics and very nice car indeed!

The 405M wheels are truly fabulous in my eyes and really help to make the MSport brakes stand out.

And that exhaust... That's how the 335d exhaust should look!

Love it!

I drove one at launch and was thoroughly impressed, and compared well to the E90 M3 I drove it back to back with.

Thanks pal.

Yes the red looks great with the silver grey accent wheels and mirror covers. Plus it would match the boot mat! The mat was thrown in from the dealer after my comment about the battery right under the boot carpet. It's anti slip and very handy and me and son get a lot of wet football gear. There's also a luggage net been thrown in too and some nifty bag hooks. It's actually sort of ..... practical

Thats a really, really nice car you have there.
The thing I'm most envious about is the non-run flat tyres fitted as standard!
