Update: Just got off the phone with BMW NA on the 800 number and was told that my car is at the port (Off the Ship) and is being processed. Their system shows that my car is scheduled to go to the VPC today. It might get delayed at customs but as of now, it's scheduled to depart to VPC today.

Did any of you call the 800 number and check progress ?? My car still has not made it to the VPC/VDC

I'm hoping it's not delayed at customs since it was supposed to go today.

Speaking with Rep is best. The automatic has not been very helpful for me. We can try tomorrow from 6 AM PST.

I called into the automated deal and it just said it was in transit. My dealership hasn't seen movement yet.

I am told my 228i was supposed to come into Oxnard today. So maybe it's on this ship. That being said, I'm working thru the next 4 days and don't really have time to take delivery lol..

Welcome. It looks like it's going to take 4 days to dealer anyways. Is your dealership close to port ??

Some have reported 24 hours.. But frequently 2 days. Even saw a post in NorCal from Hueneme/Oxford in 2 days!

I think my car is officially at the VDC. I checked my VIN in the dealer website(dealerspeed) and it is officially in there, it would not pull it up yesterday.

Just checked. It's still at port with estimated arrival at VDC as yesterday.

What is dealerspeed and where should I create the ID to be able to access it ???

You have to work for a Dealership for one. I work in Parts so that is why I have one. Sales/Parts/Service all have their own sides in it to so I cannot see exactly what is going on, but am able to see a few details.

No No. There is another thread going on about this on the General Forum. The pump is faulty on some 952 2 series cars that were produced between October 2013 and March 2014. We will not be affected by this.

Did you get an update though ??. Called BMW NA and my CA. Still says that it is at port even though the estimated ETA at VPC was yesterday.
