Hey all, looking to get rid of my 2016 550i. Need to get rid of it ASAP due to another opportunity I was offered. Car has M Sport Package, Executive Package, Drivers Assistance package, and more.

Miles remaining: Approx 850 miles per month
Monthly Payment: $679

I am looking for $1000 down payment due to me putting in a high down payment myself. Buyer also pays for the $500 lease transfer fee through BMW.

You may want to specify current miles and miles allowed at lease end. I'm guessing "Miles remaining: Approx 900" means that one can drive ~900 miles/month, but it isn't clear from you posting.
