Question About Non-SULEV in CA

I may be moving to California soon and will be taking my 228i with me. The 228i that I have is not SULEV. Would this give me any issues in California (smog tests, inspections, etc.)? Just wanted to know in advance so I don't run into any surprises down the road.

Nope. None at all. And only cars 7 years and older get smogged
