shifting delay

does someone feel shift is kind slow and especially when first 3 gear, there is obvious half second delay, is that normal ?

No on the 8AT. Shifts pretty normally throughout the gear range.

Do you have the Sport Auto with Paddles, or the Steptronic?

I mean what type of transmission do you have? There are 2 different 8AT options. The sport auto version comes with paddles and is supposed to shift quicker than the non-paddle equipped version.
