MPE with stock or MP Diffuser - Opinions?

I am playing with the thought of upgrading my 2015 M235 xDrive with the MPE.
The stock diffuser blends perfectly with the MG exterior. I don't really like the aesthetics of the M diffuser. As the MPE can be installed with either I was looking for some experiences of those who have installed either, i.e. opinions welcome

What exactly are you asking if the install was easier for one or the other? Just make sure you buy the right one.

FYI dealer install should be around $125. Not sure it's worth messing with if you don't already have tools.

My question is who has installed the MPE with stock or MP diffuser and why?
I would not install myself - two left hands... not worth the hassle.

I'm getting mine installed with stock diffuser and stock tips. Prefer to be a bit more low key on the exterior and preserve the stock look. Also with BSM car you have to paint the diffuser IMO or the back end looks too heavy. To have it painted the shadow grey isn't cheap so to do MPE with painted Diffuser roughly doubles the cost of the whole project.

Helpful. Agree. I may get the M chrome tips though but stay with stock diffuser

What is the best price you are getting? I found $819 uninstalled without chrome tips. Thanks.

About the same from Sun. I can't tell you exactly bc he quoted me part install and tax all together. I may do chrome tips going to decide when there. Just FYI they go on last so car is literally all done then tips. So you can have them do one of each and pick.

If all goes according to plan it won't look any different!

Exterior-wise I've just done IND reflectors front and rear, BSM mirror cAps and had them do some custom grille surrounds. Instead of chrome they are gunmetal to match my BBS SR rims. All just cleanup items.

True. I did OEM CF mirror caps and rear spoiler when I got the car plus steel pedals.
The MPE would close it out.
