The carbon fiber tips are 3.5" and the polished/black chrome are 3". The Valvetronic Exhaust System utilizes 3" tips.

Got mine today. Hopefully the shop can get it installed this week

. It was packaged quite nice. Wrapped with bubble wrap and the interior of the box lined as well.

I'm running Dinan stage 2, so I'll get a video up after the install.

We have not been able to confirm fitment on the M240 just yet. My personal opinion is I think it will bolt right up. But I do not want to make any promises before we have been able to determine fitment in-house.
