hey guys, so i have yet another quick question, what is the main difference between the fabspeed sport cat, and the hjs euro 6 dp they offer? Also are there any substantial differences in regards to power or sound?

Sorry this is more of a guess, but I believe the his is more restrictive. Therefore slightly less power and sound.

I went from ER catted to vrsf without. There was much less of a difference in power and sound than I would have guessed. However, there still was a slight difference. I would also imagine that the gap in power would be larger the more the car is tuned.

Yea i guess. I honestly want to go catless but im in socal so it feel like its kinda sketchy so i might as well just get a hi flo

Fabspeed is 200 CEL
Euro 6 one is 300 CEL

There is no point in going with a 300 CEL
Both will not get you any code
300 CEL is too restrictive ... You wont get much power or sound

Mike said it best. There really isn't a reason to go with the 300-cell when the Sport Cat doesn't trigger a CEL and provides more power and sound.

I've been running my Sport Cat for over 1.5yr and could not be any happier.

I have the 200 and love it. I need to post a video clip but I've been lazy and haven't pulled the file off the go pro yet. I don't have a tune and don't have a CEL.

We have not had a single customer get a tune with the Fabspeed downpipe

I do have a tune paired with it but not to eliminate a CEL but to maximize...

Tune will get you an extra 10-20 more whp and wtq

Well I tried to have it installed. The guy at the muffler shop said he wouldn't do it because it was illegal for him to take off a working cat and replace it, said he could be fined 25 grand. :

This is actually quite common. It's a pretty easy DIY job anyway, assuming you have some mechanical skill set.

Defeating removal and tampering with emissions is a big fine for shops.
