Heater Blend Door

I have been running down a lack of cabin heat issue for two years now. I get slightly warm air, nothing significant like I used to get.

Confident the core is circulating hot coolant. I am trying to see if anyone has a diagram for the blender doors actuators. I am assuming there is a single door that allows heat into the cabin before it gets dispersed. I am going to proactively replace that actuator in an attempt to fix, but I need to see the diagram where it sits so I replace the right one. 16 M235

Thanks

It might throw a code if that’s the case, get a proper BMW scanner to check

I’ve heard of heater cores being plugged. Have you ever changed your coolant and flushed the system with distilled water?
