No, 18x9's for the front won't fit. Even the 18x8.5's with the 35 offset that I believe you're getting are going to be close...which is why I'd love to see them on an unmodified 2er. Hopefully Jason @GetYourWheels will get a set to someone soon and if so he'll post pics. His offerings and constant updates/pics are intoxicating and he just put these wheels up on his website a couple of days ago. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, I know really just wishful thinking, hopefully with the m2 within a few years the fender flares will transfer over either in replica form or OEM retrofit. The m235i has great lines but wider fender arches will take it to the next level. Hoping todo 18x8.5 et 35 front and 18x9 et50, I think in the future with a cheaper set of wheels I want to experiment how to get lower offsets to work maybe with stretched tires, camber ect. it can be done just purely for looks

The 18x9 +50 definitely wont clear the inside strut on the F22
We test fitted a 8.5 +45, and it was just a few mm from the strut. The +45 fits, but you wouldnt want to go any closer in than that or you'll have clearance issues.
You could probably get away with a 18x9 +38/39 but they'll poke out past the fenders and require stretched tires/fender roll to fit properly.

Glad to hear you guys are enjoying the posts, I will keep them updated

The 18x8.5 +35 will fit on the front, but its semi aggressive and may stick out slightly past the fenders. If you run a full 235/40/18 and lower the car theres a chance it'll rub. Stock height should be ok.
The 18x9 +50 for the rear is pretty conservative, a +38 fits flush on the car, so the +50 will be sunken in a bit

You can see how the 18x9 +38 fits in the rear here:

So 18x9 +50 in the rear won't work on this car?

No, it should fit with no issues. Its just going to be tuck into the fender rather than flush
